PS (29 Apr 2015) - It is the Tabernaemontana Corymbosa / Divaricata. (commonly called Pinwheel Flower, Crape Jasmine, East India Rosebay and Nero's Crown) Thanks to comment from visitor.
Tabernaemontana Corymbosa from the apocynaceae family has slightly less fragrant flowers compared to Tabenaemontana divaricata its cousin :D
